1. Introduction
Welcome to Tasawar Enterprises. By entering into a partnership with us and utilizing our social media management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Provided
Tasawar Enterprises offers comprehensive social media management services, including but not limited to content creation, social media strategy development, account management, and performance analytics for content creators and social media pages.
3. Partnership Agreement
By partnering with Tasawar Enterprises, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information about your social media accounts and content.
- Grant us access to your social media accounts to perform the agreed-upon services.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with your brand and objectives.
4. Content Ownership
- All content created by Tasawar Enterprises for your social media platforms will remain Tasawar Enterprises’ intellectual property until full payment for services is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of the content will be transferred to you, the creator.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees for our services will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of work.
- Payments are to be made according to the schedule outlined in your contract.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information and intellectual property confidential.
- Tasawar Enterprises will not disclose personal or account information to third parties without your consent.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership with a 30-day written notice.
- Tasawar Enterprises reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
8. Liability
- Tasawar Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
- Our maximum liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement, whether in contract or tort, will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Tasawar Enterprises in the twelve months preceding the incident.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tasawar Enterprises, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or in connection with your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of WY, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan WY.
11. Amendments
Tasawar Enterprises reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
