1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be in unused, original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Opened earphones, headphones, or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents not caused by us

You must contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to send the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
We will offer one of the following solutions:

- Exchange for another product
- Full refund
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be:

You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

- Contact your payment provider—processing may take extra time.
