1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 8–15 business days
  • Worldwide: 10–20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or courier delays.
  • Remote areas may experience additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through reputable carriers, which may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local logistics partners (for international deliveries)

You will be assigned the best available carrier based on your address and order size.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If the address is incorrect:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer must pay the reshipping cost.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tasawar Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo or video evidence.
We will assist you with a replacement or refund.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may have shipping limitations due to size, regulations, or carrier restrictions.
  • We currently do not ship to countries on trade restriction lists or war zones.

9. Order Cancellation & Changes

You may request cancellation or changes before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
You may still request a return after receiving the item (see our Return & Refund Policy).
